These are my african timneh pair we purchased about 4 months ago and they are sitting on two eggs now.  The eggs are suppose to hatch august the tenth.   I hope they are fertile.   I am sad to say the female died and one of the eggs was fertile.  She died a week after hatching the egg.  The baby was hand fed for a week after his mom died.  He died a week to the day after she did.   The male was tested for all diseases and he is healthy.  We don't know why the mom and baby died.  The male will be going back to the owner before me and he wants to give me another pair for him.  Cal is a wonderful breeder.  He wants to make it right because the mom died five  months after I got them.

We  bought this pair before I knew Cal was going to give me a pair of tags for having the male back.  I purchased this pair from Houston Tx.  I have had them almost a week and they are going in the nest box.  I hope to have some eggs laid from them.   Here is a pic of bonny and clide.   They are not as wild as the other pair.
